Each year we manage a number of large scale capital works, as well as ad-hoc commercial installations such as schools, churches and public buildings.We also provide maintenance cover and service visits to over 250 commercial gas appliances for clients in both the public and private sectors.

Our operations based in St Albans currently delivers services to our client’s stock in; Central and Greater London, South East/West of England and Home Counties.



Our in-house commercial bid team tender for myriad frameworks and JCT contracts within the heating services sector. From contract award through to practical completion our technically skilled management team deliver the service through our engineering staff adhering to CDM Regulations. We provide a comprehensive Principal Contractor or Sub-Contractor service to our clients, creating solutions through our vast experience of managing stakeholder and supply chain relationships whilst continuing to supply a competitive delivery across – time, quality and price. Service & Maintenance

Our team of project managers and commercial engineers deliver annual servicing and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with a 24/7 reactive/repair service covering a variety of heating equipment and building services across a multitude of buildings.

Commencing work with any new client or building we submit a dilapidation report identifying;

  • Full asset details with tagging

  • Any defective components

  • Any system defects

  • Upgrading works to comply with current day Standards and Regulations

  • Schedule of ‘critical’ spare parts

  • Site specific risk assessment

  • Schedule of prioritised repairs / works

  • Reports provided with costings where applicable
