Installations – Domestic and Commercial

Key to a first-class installation is making sure you deliver what the customer wants.
Communication is the key to every job. It starts with understanding what customers want, then moving on to discussing the options and timeframes before finally prioritising needs and agreeing a project plan. In other words we make sure that we pick the best solution and we do it right.
At Watret, we ‘scope’ the smallest jobs as well as the biggest to make sure there are no nasty surprises.
For domestic installations, before we pick up any tools we survey each and every residence so we know exactly what’s there. At the end, we ‘sign off’ each job and check over the work with the tenant, ensuring they know how to use their new controls. By doing it that way, it makes for as pleasant an experience as possible for the tenant.
For commercial projects one of our senior engineers will liaise with the client, providing knowledge and expertise to support the design team. Or if preferred, Watret can provide the design function for an all-inclusive design and build project. Either way, we make sure that we support our clients with all the information to arrive at the right decision.
Only when we are crystal clear about the requirement and solution do we order the appropriate hardware from the selected manufacturer.
Of course every project brings its own surprises which can occur at any stage in the process. But by keeping all lines of communication open we always manage to solve the problems and deliver a great result.
