The gathered data has indicated a (%) increase from last year figures!! Watret presently operates at around 86% for 1<sup>st</sup> time access rates on all service appointments, which the admin staff are delighted with. The success shall be monitored during the forthcoming winter period to see the Company hit a more than reasonable ceiling rate.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Watret has entered Phase One of placing vehicle tracking devices on all vehicles for improved customer service.</p>
<p>Administrators will now be able to ‘track’ engineers’ GPS location and pre-call appointments throughout the day. Phase Two will see the 3<sup>rd</sup> Party provider of the devices incorporate a ‘messaging’ service for the next appointment informing them their engineer is on the way. Tenants will be welcomed to call the Main Office in the comfort of knowing when their engineer is likely to attend.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last week saw the retirement of Ray Lee. Ray had been working for Watret &amp; Co for the past 39 years, proudly stating he never had a day off sick. Ray will be missed internally and by the clients he worked with. This would also include his mobile ring tone of the Chelsea song &#8216;Blue is the colour&#8217; around the office. Possibly not completely missed by some Spurs / Arsenal fans in the office.</p>
<p>Ray in good humour, as always, has left a picture of himself on his notice board that we will for sure keep in place for another 39 years.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In forthcoming weeks Watret starts work on three commercial Plant Rooms in Hertfordshire, a contract which was awarded last year by Dacorum Borough Council. The work includes the installation of new boilers for a local public swimming pool. This will prove a great challenge for management and engineers considering the site environment. Watret is working extensively with the specified boiler manufacturer Berudus part of the Worcester Bosch Group.</p>

The site was based locally in Bricket Wood and had a quick turn around time of four weeks. The project completed on-time within budget and was a great success for all.</p>

The new equipment will be state-of-the art Windows-based PDA/phones. The contract will provide the company with speedier and more effective communication between field engineers and the company’s operations centre. But it will also allow for a further upgrade to tablet-style accessories when these become available for the engineering sector.</p>
<p>The devices will be fully supported by the providers for the entire contract term.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Watret has taken a big step towards solving the problem of engineers being unable to access a home at the appointed time. A new feature is being put into effect at Watret’s operations centre in St Albans. This will allow a supervisor to upload mobile phone numbers for tenants who are due a service visit the following day into a web-based system. The tenants will then be texted with a reminder of the service call and all relevant details. They will be able to change the appointment if need be.</p>
<p>The system is due to go live in December. Watret plans to compare ‘no access’ statistics before and after the introduction of the service to demonstrate the success of the enhancement.</p>
