We have recently invested in a new database system & software application to allow electronic transfer of data.
This software is being continually developed and improved to enable us to offer enhanced features and services to clients on the management of their stock. This has been a major investment ensuring that WCL can continue to offer a competitive solution to our clients.
Currently we use this technology for CP12 transfer and offering clients ‘a four hour delay' on the data of the status of their stock. (I.e. the database is updated twice a day.)
The software is extremely flexible allowing us to transfer many different forms of data, such as KPI’s and customer satisfaction forms. We can therefore tailor individual options to each clients requirements or contractual terms and in addition continue to improve the features available as the system is further developed.
Field Technology
Our engineers are linked to our database via hand held equipment. This provides:

- Automatic updating of the In House database
- Spare part recognition & ordering
- Increased reporting accuracy
- Greater accuracy in appointment scheduling
- Electronic signatures
