We are presently developing arrangements with principle suppliers to act as service agents. This has the benefits of a much faster resolution to warranty claims & provides high quality training for our operatives.

COMMAND AND CONTROL (MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS)
The technology employed allows accurate control of engineers’ time. Very high access rates are obtained via detailed planning of annual service visits, close liaison with clients & a flexible approach to evening & weekend working. We believe from this method it offers greater success rate with compliance.
