“Texting” Delights!

The Company has now gathered timely data on the benefits of the “texting” facility for service appointments. The gathered data has indicated a (%) increase from last year figures!! Watret presently operates at around 86% for 1st time access rates on all service appointments, which the admin staff are delighted with. The success shall be monitored during the forthcoming winter period to see the Company hit a more than reasonable ceiling rate.
