Watret has entered Phase One of placing vehicle tracking devices on all vehicles for improved customer service.
Administrators will now be able to ‘track’ engineers’ GPS location and pre-call appointments throughout the day. Phase Two will see the 3rd Party provider of the devices incorporate a ‘messaging’ service for the next appointment informing them their engineer is on the way. Tenants will be welcomed to call the Main Office in the comfort of knowing when their engineer is likely to attend.
